The new group W.O.W consists of seven various members including singers, model-trainer, actor, fashion designer, DJ, and video director. They have introduced themselves to the K-Pop scene with the debut single “Miss U.”
The band has released their debut song on various music platforms at 12 p.m. KST on the 8th. “Miss U” is a hip-hop song based on band sounds, describing the longing for a lover after a breakup.
W.O.W began their activities after debuting on the 8th, exciting global fans with their photos released on social media. The team is made up of seven members including former Produce X 101 participant Kwon Tae Eun, entertain from MBC’s Under Nineteen Yong Hoon, model and entertainer Joo Won Dae, fashion designer and model Yoon Da Ro, former leader of an idol group Jeon Se Jin, rookie actor Lee Pan Do, and RionFive’s Yoo Sung.
Furthermore, the group is different from other rookie groups in that they have already garnered a fandom as they have been active in various fields as a fashion model, singer, actor, designer, DJ, and director.
The group’s agency, Aconic Entertainment, stated that they have been prepared for the debut as musicians, including instrument, vocal, and choreography training.
