Sung Kyu from INFINITE is parting ways with his agency.
On the 7th, Woollim Entertainment announced the expiration of its exclusive contract with Sung Kyu.
The agency stated that the contract with INFINITE’s member Sung Kyu ended on March 6th. “Ater being with us for 11 years, Kim Sung Gyu has decided not to renew his contract after a long discussion ahead of the expiration,” they announced.
Woollim Ent. added that they “thank Kim Sung Kyu for being with them for a long time,” and that they will sincerely support his new start and future.

Hello, this is Woollim Entertainment.
First of all, we sincerely thank the fans who show their love and care for INFINITE.
We would like to inform you that INFINITE’s Kim Sung Kyu who has been with us for the past 11 years, has ended his exclusive contract with us as of March 6th, 2021.
We have recently been discussing with Kim Sung Kyu ahead of the expiration of the contract and agreed not to proceed with resigning the contract.
In 2010, Kim Sung Kyu has been working hard in various fields as INFINITE’s leader. We genuinely thank Kim Sung Kyu for being with us all this time.
We also thank fans who have been cheering for Kim Sung Kyu’s music and activities and will support him in his future ahead of a new start.
