Chanyeol turns into a sexy guy singing “Bad Guy” in his new film The Box.
The Box is a road movie about Ji Hoon (Chanyeol), who needs to have a box over his head to sing, and Min Soo (Jo Dal Hwan), a music producer who cherishes success the most.
In the recently released launch clip, Chanyeol reinvents Billie Eilish’s “Bad Guy” with a guitar and band sounds. In particular, this is the scene where Chanyeol meets Min Soo for the first time in the movie, bearing more meaning than what meets the eye.
Still photos released together highlight the charm of the genre “music film.” In the first photo, Chanyeol plays guitar against the beautiful night view, raising expectations for his impressive performance. In the other photos, Jo Dal Hwan appears with sunglasses and fashionable clothes, showing how his character lives or dies by style.
The Box will be released this spring.
Meanwhile, SM confirmed that Chanyeol will be joining the military on March 29.
