TOMORROW X TOGETHER Tops Oricon Albums Chart For Two Days in a Row

TOMORROW X TOGETHER (TXT) has stayed put at the top of the daily Oricon Albums Chart for two consecutive days.

According to the latest chart update by Japan’s Oricon on the 21st, TXT’s first full-length Japanese album Still Dreaming, released on the 20th, has been the number one on the daily Oricon Albums Chart for two days straight.

As an additional 8816 copies of the album were sold on the second day of its release, the sales over the two days totaled 69,890 copies.

Still Dreaming is TXT’s first Japanese album which contains a total of 10 songs, and the message of “continually dreaming.” This includes an original Japanese song “Force”, and the Japanese versions of “Blue Hour”, “Run Away”, “CROWN”, and “Angel or Devil.”

The new song “Force” which is originally Japanese, is especially gaining hot popularity as it became the theme song of season 2 of World Trigger. As the song was pre-released on the 10th, it topped the Line Music Song Top 100 daily chart for seven consecutive days.

Previously, TXT achieved more than 470,000 sales in copies for their third mini-album Minisode 1 : Blue Hour. Consequently, they are receiving attention as the representing group of the fourth-gen K-Pop idols.
