Boy band Golden Child has announced their large-scaled music video.
Woollim Entertainment released a teaser for the title song “Burn It” on January 18th. Golden Child is a ten-member idol group with members Daeyeol, Y, Jangjun, Tag, Seungmin, Jaehyun, Jibeom, Donghyun, Joochan, and Bomin. “Burn It” is the title track of their fifth mini-album, YES.
Attention has been drawn as the released video shows Golden Child’s members living in a dystopian world where everything is ruined after the zombie virus has been spread.
In particular, actress Lee Soo Min starred as the female lead in this music video. The video is expected to be immersive, especially with a story that resembles a zombie apocalypse movie. This is their biggest scaled music video yet. Curiosity is stirred as the intense action performances and grand filming sets have been previewed.
“Burn It” is a song expressing Golden Child’s deeper sensibilities as they watch their beloved one struggling, wanting to burn the pain which torments them.
Golden Child’s new album is to be released at 6 p.m. KST on Saturday the 25th.
