Kim So Hyun’s charisma for her role in the upcoming drama River Where the Moon Rises has captured the hearts of netizens.

On January 18, the production crew of KBS’s new Monday-Tuesday drama River Where the Moon Rises has unveiled the still photos of Kim So Hyun, who plays Princess Pyeonggang who is also assassin Yum Ga Jin.

In the released photos, Pyeonggang exudes overwhelming charisma in full armor. Despite the blood on her face, she firmly stands in the middle of the battlefield and slays her enemy. With this role, Kim So Hyun has successfully transformed into a fierce warrior with an unapproachable aura, raising expectations.

The production team shared, “Kim So Hyun has been perfectly immersed in the role of Pyeonggang with extraordinary enthusiasm and preparedness. Even in a scene that requires colorful and dark action sequences, she has digested it with a hint of difficulty, making all the staff at the site stand in admiration. Meanwhile, River Where the Moon Rises is a fusion historical romance about Princess Pyeonggang (Kim So Hyun), whose life revolves around Goguryeo, and On Dal (Ji Soo), who made history with his love. It will premiere on February 15 as the follow-up of Royal Secret Agent.
