VIXX’s N, aka Cha Hak Yeon, has confirmed his appearance in screenwriter Baek Mi Kyung’s new drama, MINE.
On Jan 8, N’s agency 51k announced, “Cha Hak Yeon has been cast in tvN’s new drama MINE and will work with Lee Bo Young and Kim Seo Hyung.”
MINE will be a collaboration between Strong Girl Bong-soon and Woman of Dignity screenwriter Baek Mi Kyung and Fight For My Way director Lee Na Jung. It will be a drama about strong women who break away from the prejudice of the world to seek out their own “real” things.
In the drama, Cha Hak Yeon will play Han Soo Hyuk, the eldest son of Hyowon Group and Kim Seo Hyung’s son. Although he seems perfect on the outside, he actually lives hiding his loneliness and pain after going through a heartbreaking breakup.
As Cha showed solid performances in Tunnel, Familiar Wife and Children of Nobody, expectations for his comeback is skyrocketing.
Meanwhile, MINE will be released in the first half of 2021.
