2PM’s Nichkhun proved his global influence by making meaningful achievements in China.
According to Weibo, Nichkhun ranked No. 1 on the “the most popular international star” chart. By topping the chart that ranks foreign artists’ popularity based on objective indicators such as inflow and activities on the platform, the artist proved why he is titled the “Asia Prince.”
Nichkhun drew attention when he landed at No. 1 on the Weibo’s Hallyu Chart’s monthly ranking from September to December last year.
Nichkhun, who is gaining popularity at home and abroad, will continue to solidify his career as an actor this year by taking the lead role in the upcoming romantic comedy film Hong Kong Love Story.
Hong Kong Love Story is a romantic comedy directed by Keoni Waxman, and Nichkhun will work with Wu Assassins and Little Fires Everywhere actor Byron Mann, award-winning Polish actress Dominika Kachlik, and legendary Hong Kong actor Kenneth Tsang.
