Lee Hyori cited her husband as the reason she suddenly got scared of boarding on airplanes, drawing keen attention.
In the recent episode of MBC’s How Do You Play?, Kim Jong Min picked up Lee Hyori from the airport and headed to the filming site together. Talking about various things, the two brought up the subject of “flying phobia.”
Unlike Lee Hyori, who is not afraid of airplanes, Kim Jong Min confessed that he is terrified of planes because he is “scared of dying.” He then cited the fact that he can’t eat delicious food as the first reason he is afraid of death.
Hearing that, Lee Hyori said, “I wasn’t scared of airplanes before I got married, but now that I’m married, I’m a little scared. If I die, my husband will be left alone. Thinking that scares me.”
Kim Jong Min then replied, “I think he will live well even if he’s alone. He’ll be very comfortable,” to lighten the mood. Lee Hyori also smiled and said, “That’s probably true. He’ll be fine without me, but it’s just my worries.”
