SHINee’s Key, 2AM’s Jeong Jinwoon, and VIXX’s N have been officially discharged from the military today (Oct. 7).
The three singers, who have been on their last vacation, will finish their military duty and become civilians today without returning to the unit to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Key, Jeong Jinwoon, and N entered Nonsan Training Center in South Chungcheong Province on Mar. 4 last year and carried out their national defense duties as a military band. After a year and seven months, they will be taking off their military uniforms.
N wrote, “I’m back safely. It was both long and short, but it was a precious time to feel and learn a lot, so I will become Cha Hak Yeon who works even harder with a heart of support for my fellow soldiers who are still fulfilling their military duties,” on his Instagram.
Key also expressed his joy through his Instagram and wrote, “Are you ready? Turn on your Instagram alarm now.”
Key and Jeong Jinwoon made their debut in 2008 as SHINee and 2AM, respectively, and have built up their career as both a singer and an actor. N, who debuted as a member of VIXX in 2012, has been active in dramas and musicals.
