Gong Yoo and Yoon Eun Hye revealed behind-the-scenes stories of their famous kiss scene in the drama Coffee Prince.
MBC’s Coffee Prince documentary, which aired on Sept. 24, showed six actors from the drama watching the highlight scenes (mostly centered around Yoon Eun Hye and Gong Yoo) and taking a trip down the memory lane. And of those scenes, the passionate kiss scene between Choi Han Gyul (Gong Yoo) and Ko Eun Chan (Yoon Eun Hye) drew much attention with the two actors’ adorable reactions.
Watching the scene, Gong Yoo and Yoon Eun Hye couldn’t help but cringe. Gong Yoo then said, “Look, Eun Hye lifted up my shirt. This wasn’t included in the script. I had no idea she did that till I watched it later.” Yoon Eun Hye added, “Nothing in this scene was written in the script!”
The documentary allowed the viewers time-travel back to the time of their own youth, receiving explosive responses. Especially after the broadcast, Coffee Prince, Yoon Eun Hye, and Gong Yoo have been listed in the top 20 of the real-time search in portal sites all day long, raising the expectations for the following episode, which will air on Oct. 1.
