Lancome released a trailer for their new short film If My Things Are At Your Place We’re Not Over (literal title), starring Suzy and Nam Yoon Soo.
This short film is part of the project of Lancome, which has conducted various campaigns for women, and was produced under the theme of this year’s campaign slogan “LIVE YOUR STRENGTH.“
If My Things Are At Your Place We’re Not Over depicts what happens when a couple, who thought their love would last forever, suddenly breaks up. It will present a warm woman-centric narrative that describes the various feelings that anyone can experience after a breakup and the process of overcoming them, entering a new beginning, and reaching growth and happiness.
This project is all the more meaningful as Suzy, who has long been Lancome’s ambassador, and director Kim Ji Woon, known for A Bittersweet Life, The Good, The Bad, The Weird, and The Age of Shadows, joined hands.
The trailer begins with a scene of the couple’s breakup then shows their affectionate times together, unraveling the love story in beautiful scenery. The gentle and delicate song in the background also lets you fall into the sad but beautiful memory of love.
Following the trailer, If My Things Are At Your Place We’re Not Over will be released exclusively on Kakao TV at 9:00 p.m. on September 4 KST. Two hours before the release, Suzy, Nam Yoon Soo, and director Kim Ji Woon will have a live interview through Lancome’s official YouTube channel.
