WINNER’s Song Min Ho and Kang Seung Yoon are working on their full-length solo albums.
On August 13, YG Entertainment (hereinafter referred to as YG) announced its plans to released full-length solo albums of Song Min Ho and Kang Seung Yoon through a fan announcement.
According to the announcement, Song Min Ho will release his full-length album sometime in October. YG said, “We are currently focusing on the last-minute recording. It took longer than we expected because it’s a full-length album of more than 10 songs, not a mini-album,” asking for fans’ understandings.
They also heralded Kang Seung Yoon’s solo album as well. However, YG added that the release date is still under discussion due to his drama schedules. In fact, Kang Seung Yoon will appear in new drama Kairos with Shin Sung Rok, Lee Se Young, and Ahn Bo Hyun.
YG explained, “Kang Seung Yoon is working on his solo album in his busy schedule and in his spare time. It is still difficult to predict the exact timing due to the overlapping schedule of filming and working on the music, but he is doing his best with the goal of releasing his solo full-length album this fall.“
Then they added, “We sincerely thank the fans for their love and expectations. Please support other members of WINNER, Kim Jin Woo and Lee Seung Hoon, who have been serving their military duties since April.”
