With Only One Episode Left, ‘It’s Okay to Not Be Okay’ Records All-Time Best Viewership + ‘Backstreet Rookie’ Ends with 9.5 Percent Viewership

It’s Okay to Not Be Okay, which airs its final episode today (August 9), recorded the highest viewership, raising much curiosity to its ending. Backstreet Rookie also came to a solid end.

Kim Soo Hyun and Seo Ye Ji reaffirmed their love after going through adversity together. According to Nielsen Korea, the 15th episode of tvN’s It’s Okay to Not Be Okay, which aired on August 8, recorded 6.5 percent and 7.0 percent viewership, breaking its own highest record.

The final episode of SBS’s Backstreet Rookie garnered 6.3 percent and 9.5 percent viewership, satisfying viewers with its perfect happy ending. Also, it recorded its own all-time high viewership, coming to a fulfilling end.

The 10th episode of JTBC’s Graceful Friends recorded 4.7 percent viewership nationwide and 5.5 percent in the Seoul metropolitan area, continuing its uptrend in terms of viewership.

Meanwhile, KBS’s Once Again recorded 30.6 percent viewership, topping among all programs aired on the same day.
