A few days ahead of TWICE’s upcoming online concert, JYP Entertainment announced that Jeongyeon will perform sitting due to health issues.
On August 6, JYP Entertainment posted a notice on TWICE’s official SNS channels.
“Hello, this is JYP Entertainment.
Due to her health issues, Jeongyeon must unavoidably participate in the performances while sitting in a chair during the online concert ‘Beyond Live – TWICE: World In A Day.‘
We ask fans for their generous understanding, as this decision was reached after considering Jeongyeon’s strong wishes to greet her fans despite the difficult situation.
We will do our best to ensure Jeongyeon’s speedy recovery. Thank you.“
Meanwhile, TWICE will host the online concert “Beyond LIVE – TWICE: World in A Day” on August 9.
