THE BOYZ’s Sunwoo Apologizes for Smoking at the Beach

THE BOYZ‘s Sunwoo apologized for his smoking photo.

Earlier, Sunwoo posted a picture on THE BOYZ’s official Twitter. In the photo, Sunwoo is walking on the beach in the middle of the night with the members. However, he is holding a cigarette on his hand, stirring up the controversy (many beaches in Korea are designated as non-smoking areas).

Later, he wrote an apology letter on the official fan cafe.

“Hell, this is Sunwoo.

I have something to tell THE B.

I wanted this place to be somewhere I can deliver love and happiness to my fans, but because of my mistake, here I am leaving a message of apology to THE B.

I went to the beach as a short vacation after the competition show ended with the rest of the members. And there, I ended up doing something that broke the rule of public places.

I’m sorry to all my fans who believe me, and I don’t know how to continue, but I’ll honestly say what’s on my mind.

I’m so sorry to THE B who send me love to our precious members, our companies, and our families who believe me.

I will always think about how I appreciate THE B and how precious THE B is to me, and I’ll reflect on what I’ve done and never make these mistakes again.

Since I met THE B who loves me, I have felt a lot of things and learned a lot. To THE B, who gave me endless love and faith, I will try my best to only present true hearts, good looks, kind words, and sincere thoughts. I will continue to work hard to be a mature person who can give you faith and happiness.

Once again, I sincerely apologize to THE B, who must have been disappointed by my mistake. I will deeply reflect on myself and make sure to improve myself. I’m so sorry.”

THE BOYZ’s label, Cre.ker Entertainment, also issued an apology, saying, “We also feel deeply responsible. We will do out best in the management so as not to repeat the same mistake.”
