The viewership of SBS’s The King: Eternal Monarch has decreased again.

According to Nielsen Korea, the 11th episode of SBS’s The King: Eternal Monarch, which aired on May 22, recorded 5.2 and 6.6 percent viewership nationwide.

The average viewership of the 11th episode is 5.9 percent, which is lower than that recorded in the previous episode. It is also the all-time low viewership, even down from an average of 6.05 percent of the 9th episode.

The King: Eternal Monarch started with 11.6 percent viewership, but it failed the captivate the viewers, resulting in a constant drop.

Meanwhile, in the 11th episode, Yi Gon (Lee Min Ho) appeared to save Jung Tea Eul (Kim Go Eun), intensifying the tension. However, with its complicated setting and confusing double roles, viewers just don’t seem to respond well to the drama.
