Jo Jung Suk, the lead actor of tvN‘s latest series Hospital Playlist, participated in the original soundtrack (OST) of the drama as a singer. His new song “Aloha,” the third OST of Hospital Playlist, was just released on the various music sites in Korea at 12 p.m. on March 27.
“Aloha” is a remake of the same-titled hit song, sung by the co-ed group Cool, released in 2001. As a veteran musical actor who’s starred in many works such as Hedwig and the Angry Inch, Jo Jung Suk showed off his sweet voice color and flawless singing ability through “Aloha.”
The two other OSTs of Hospital Playlist, “Lonely Night” (sung by Kwon Jin Ah) and “Introduce Me a Good Person” (sung by Joy of Red Velvet), are also remakes of the Korean old hit songs with the same titles. Meanwhile, Hospital Playlist is a story that depicts the daily lives of the five doctors who’s built their friendship for 20 years. It airs at 9 p.m. on Thursdays.
