MAMAMOO‘s �rapper Moon Byul perfectly proved her abilities as a solo artist through her latest album released this Valentine’s Day.
According to HanTeo Chart (Korean website for real-time album sales and rankings) as of Saturday (Feb. 15, KST), Moon Byul’s second mini album DARK SIDE OF THE MOON sold more than 59,000 copies just on its release day. Only by her sales record on the first day, Moon Byul has ranked the fourth on the initial album sales chart of the all-time female solo artists. This record is totally surprising because it surpassed the first-day album sales volume of reality in BLACK, MAMAMOO’s second full album, which was released last November. It’s naturally expected that her final initial sales of DARK SIDE OF THE MOON will also break a new record. Congratulations to Moon Byul and just keep going on your journey!
