Sandara Park has directly refuted the allegations amid escalating controversy sparked by fellow 2NE1 member Park Bom.
On March 4th, Sandara Park briefly wrote on her social media, “I have never used drugs. I wish her well.”
The statement serves as a firm response to the drug allegations raised by Park Bom in a handwritten letter posted the previous day. Although Sandara Park did not elaborate further, it was reported that she unfollowed Park Bom’s social media account after posting her statement.
Meanwhile, Sandara Park will attend a scheduled photo call event in Seoul on March 4, with an official confirming to SPOTV News that she plans to appear as planned.
Earlier, Park Bom claimed in her letter, “Sandara Park got caught for drugs, and they made me a drug addict to cover it up.” As the controversy escalated, the post was deleted approximately three hours after publication, and the comment section on her account was subsequently closed.
Park Bom suspended her activities in August last year due to health reasons following 2NE1’s 2024 reunion activities. At the time, her agency stated that she had been advised to get sufficient rest and maintain stability.
