
HUNTR/X, Hwasa, ENHYPEN and EXO led the January 2026 Circle Chart, each topping major categories across Korea’s primary music rankings.
The Korea Music Content Association announced that HUNTR/X ranked No. 1 on the Global K-pop Chart, Hwasa claimed four No. 1 titles, ENHYPEN secured two, and EXO topped the Retail Album Chart.
HUNTR/X, EJAE, AUDREY NUNA, REI AMI and the KPop Demon Hunters cast continued their seven-month run at No. 1 on the Global K-pop Chart with “Golden,” the OST from Netflix’s KPop Demon Hunters, which has sparked a wave of covers worldwide.
Hwasa saw a major resurgence with “Good Goodbye” following her performance at the 46th Blue Dragon Film Awards. The song climbed back up the charts to reach No. 1 across Digital (Circle Index 68,283,975), Streaming, V Caller Ring and Ringtone charts, giving her four total No. 1 titles. “Good Goodbye” is a heartfelt track about wishing a sincere farewell to someone you once loved.
ENHYPEN scored a double win with their album THE SIN: VANISH, which topped the Album Chart, while its title track “Knife” reached No. 1 on the Download Chart. The album is part of a new series built around the theme of sin and includes 11 tracks.
EXO topped the Retail Album Chart with REVERXE – The 8th Album, recording 501,667 in retail sales. The album reinterprets EXO’s signature style to convey the idea of “a new world opening again,” and includes nine tracks, led by the title song “Crown.”
The Social Chart 3.0, which reflects K-pop’s global popularity, was topped by ILLIT. The artist with the biggest ranking jump in January’s social chart was Apink.
For the week of February 1st to 7th, “Golden” again led the Global K-pop Chart. Car, the Garden’s “My whole world” topped both Digital and Streaming, ATEEZ’s GOLDEN HOUR: Part.4 and its title track “Adrenaline” led Album and Download, and ALPHA DRIVE ONE’s EUPHORIA topped the Retail Album Chart.
New certifications announced the same day include ENHYPEN’s ORANGE BLOOD earning 2 Million in album certifications, ZICO’s “Any Song” and IVE’s “I AM” receiving 2 Platinum in streaming, and Mariah Carey’s “All I Want For Christmas Is You” and G-Dragon’s “HOME SWEET HOME (feat. Taeyang, Daesung)” earning Platinum.
