Park Jung Min didn’t hold back when talking about his co-star Shin Sae Kyeong.
Appearing on the YouTube channel run by the city of Chungju on March 10th, Park sat down with host Chungju Man to discuss his upcoming film Humint. During the conversation, he openly praised Shin’s visuals and professionalism.
“I’ll say this boldly,” Park said. “She’s the most beautiful celebrity I’ve ever seen. The moment I saw her, I honestly thought, ‘She’s really beautiful.’” He added that Shin is “a very grounded and solid actress,” offering admiration beyond her looks.
Park also shared his respect for fellow cast member Zo In Sung, calling him “the definition of a great colleague.” He explained, “He treats you to meals and drinks, but more importantly, he gives precise and sincere advice.”
The actor went on to mention director Ryoo Seung Wan, noting that Humint marks their third collaboration following Smugglers and a short film. Joking about their working relationship, Park said, “My pay is cheap. Sometimes I even work without getting paid,” drawing laughter during the interview.
Humint is a spy action film that follows North and South Korean intelligence agents as they track a dangerous case unfolding near the Vladivostok border. The film, starring Zo In Sung, Park Jung Min, Shin Sae Kyeong, and Park Hae Jun, hits the theater today.
