K-pop superstars BLACKPINK’s Lisa and SEVENTEEN’s Joshua lit up the 83rd Golden Globe Awards red carpet in Los Angeles on January 8th (local time).
Lisa turned heads in a sophisticated black dress. As a fashion icon and luxury brand ambassador, Lisa once again proved her ‘global queen’ status, radiating confidence and elegance on the red carpet. Lisa is also scheduled to take the stage as a presenter at the ceremony. She previously made waves in Hollywood with a congratulatory performance at last year’s Academy Awards and by making an appearance on the Emmy Awards red carpet.

Joshua caught everyone’s attention in his own right. The SEVENTEEN member charmed the crowd with his impeccable suit fit and gentle smile, looking right at home among Hollywood’s elite.
The Golden Globes, organized by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA), is a major precursor to the Academy Awards, and this year features significant Korean representation.
Director Park Chan Wook’s film No Other Choice scored three nominations: Best Motion Picture – Musical or Comedy, Best Motion Picture – Non-English Language and Best Actor – Musical or Comedy for star Lee Byung Hun.
Additionally, the K-pop-themed Netflix animation K-Pop Demon Hunters earned nods for Best Animated Feature Film, Best Original Song and the new Cinematic and Box Office Achievement category.
