It was another huge week for Korean content on Netflix, with a host of films and series dominating the Global Top 10 lists for the first week of September (Sept. 1-7).
On the Non-English film chart, the romance Love Untangled racked up another 8.2 million views in its second week, pushing its total to 14.4 million.
The Non-English TV chart was also packed with Korean hits. YoonA and Lee Chae Min’s drama Bon Appétit, Your Majesty continued its strong run with 7.5 million views in its third week. Go Hyun Jung‘s Queen Mantis made a solid debut with 1.3 million views, while the legal drama Beyond the Bar showed impressive staying power, reaching a cumulative 14.7 million views in its sixth week.
On the all-time Most Popular lists, K-Pop Demon Hunters continued its historic run, adding another 26.3 million views to bring its staggering total to 291.5 million.
Meanwhile, the Squid Game franchise maintains its iron grip on the all-time Non-English TV list. Season 1 remains at No. 1 and Season 2 at No. 2, while the new Squid Game 3 has now landed at No. 3 with a cumulative 144.1 million views so far.
The sustained success of these titles highlights the ever-growing power of international content to captivate audiences around the world.
