Song Da Eun has once again set the internet abuzz—this time by posting a video with BTS member Jimin that looks straight out of a rom-com.
The actress recently uploaded a clip on her TikTok showing herself stepping out of her apartment door and waiting by the elevator. When the doors opened, none other than Jimin walked out. Song greeted him with a playful jump scare, while Jimin laughed, “You scared me. You knew I was coming? I didn’t say anything on purpose.” The backdrop matched the interiors of a luxury complex in Hannam-dong, Yongsan, Seoul.
The two stars were first swept up in rumors of dating and living together back in 2022. The following year, Song directly addressed the speculation on her Instagram, though she neither confirmed nor denied the relationship. At the time, she wrote, “If you want to know about a third party, ask someone else, not me. My mind is clear. Don’t try to scare me with the fandom and talk about lawsuits.”
Born in 1991, Song Da Eun studied at Induk University and made her acting debut in MBC’s 2011 drama Can’t Lose. She went on to appear in Hold My Hand (2013) and Once Again (2020), but rose to mainstream recognition on Channel A’s breakout dating reality show Heart Signal Season 2 in 2018.
Jimin, born in 1995, debuted in 2013 as a member of BTS under BigHit Music. After completing his mandatory military service in June, he rejoined his bandmates for preparations on their long-awaited comeback. BTS is slated to return in spring 2026 with a world tour.
