JTBC’s upcoming weekend drama A Hundred Memories will premiere September 13th, following Beyond The Bar. A newly released teaser poster introduces stars Kim Da Mi and Shin Ye Eun in full 1980s bus guide uniforms, setting the tone for a retro ride through youth, love, and friendship.
Set against the backdrop of Seoul’s Route 100 in the 1980s, the drama follows Go Young Rye (Kim Da Mi) and Seo Jong Hee (Shin Ye Eun)—two young bus attendants navigating a tough life, unbreakable friendship, and a shared first love, Jae Pil.
Young Rye is the eldest daughter with big dreams and bigger responsibilities, tough enough to chase down fare-dodgers. Jong Hee is her bold and charming opposite with her red lipstick—quick-witted, fiercely independent, and hoping to escape a troubled home life. Though different, the two become inseparable—until their first love sends shockwaves through their bond.
“This pairing of Kim Da Mi and Shin Ye Eun brings real weight to the emotion of the show,” the production team shared. “With its retro charm and dramatic beats—spanning friendship, hardship, and love—we hope ‘A Hundred Memories’ stirs nostalgia for every viewer. Wait for us at the bus stop.”
Written by Yang Hee Seung (Crash Course in Romance, Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo) and directed by Kim Sang Ho (Thirty-Nine), A Hundred Memories premieres Saturday, September 13th at 10:40 PM KST on JTBC.
