A shocking kiss in the latest episode of Head Over Heels has left viewers on the edge of their seats for the upcoming series finale.
The July 28th episode featured the long-awaited reunion between Bae Gyeon Woo (played by Choo Young Woo) and Park Seong Ah (Cho Yi Hyun). Seong Ah had vanished after sealing a malevolent spirit, Bong Su, inside her own body, and left Gyeon Woo desperately searching for her.
Seong Ah had confessed her true feelings just before disappearing. “Don’t you know what I like? I like you. You’re my first love,” she said. Gyeon Woo replied, “Me too, you…,” but she left before he could finish. Time passed, and Seong Ah still hadn’t returned even after their graduation ceremony.
Unaware that it was Bong Su and not Park Seong Ah, Bae Gyeon Woo clashed with Yeom Hwa (Choo Ja Hyun), unintentionally giving Bong Su time to escape. Later, Gyeon Woo happened to run into Bong Su, who kissed him in an attempt to bring Seong Ah back. However, Seong Ah did not return, and Gyeon Woo realized that it was Bong Su, not Seong Ah, who was in control of her body.
The final episode of Gyeon Woo and Seon Nyeo will air tonight, on July 29th at 8:50 PM KST. All eyes are now on whether Seong Ah and Gyeon Woo can save each other and finally return to their ordinary lives.
