K-content is dominating Netflix once again. Squid Game Season 3 continues its global takeover, while the animated film Kpop Demon Hunters proves its staying power in the Top 10.
According to Netflix’s official Tudum website on July 9th, Squid Game Season 3 racked up an impressive 46.3 million views between June 30th and July 6th, holding onto the No.1 spot across all 93 countries where Netflix tracks its Top 10—marking the first series ever to do so for two weeks in a row.
In just 10 days since its release, Season 3 has already hit 106.3 million views, making it the third most-watched non-English Netflix series of all time. With Seasons 1 and 2 already ranked No.1 and No.2 respectively, the Squid Game franchise now holds the unprecedented distinction of claiming the top three spots in Netflix’s non-English global rankings.
As interest in Season 3 continues to surge, earlier seasons are also enjoying a major resurgence. Season 2 landed at No.2 on the Netflix Top 10 list this week with 4.9 million views, and Season 1 followed at No.3 with 3.8 million views.
Meanwhile, Kpop Demon Hunters continues its strong run. After debuting with 9.2 million views in its first week, the animated fantasy film brought in another 24.2 million in week two and 22.7 million in week three—bringing its total view count to 56.1 million. The film currently holds the No.2 spot in the Netflix Global Top 10 for movies, further cementing K-content’s international reach.
