Tesla CEO Elon Musk just gave his nod to K-pop royalty—by retweeting a video of G-Dragon arriving in a Tesla Cybertruck.
According to G-Dragon’s agency Galaxy Corporation on Monday (the 17th), Musk retweeted a post from the X (formerly Twitter) account “Teslaconomics” that read, “Just watch what happens when the king of K-pop, G-Dragon, shows up in a Cybertruck in Korea.”

The video features G-Dragon pulling up to a highball launch event at the Grand Hyatt Seoul on June 13th. He arrived in a Cybertruck fully wrapped in the logo of his personal brand, PEACEMINUSONE. The clip has since racked up over a million views on X.
Even Elon Musk’s mother, Maye Musk, retweeted a post on the same day about G-Dragon’s grand arrival in the Cybertruck.
Galaxy Corporation commented, “It’s extremely rare for both Elon Musk and Maye Musk to retweet a post calling G-Dragon the ‘King of K-pop.’”
