The Korea Music Content Association has announced the Circle Chart results for the 2nd week of 2025. Rosé, Bruno Mars, and G-Dragon emerged as the top performers during the January 5th to 11th period.
Rosé and Bruno Mars clinched double crowns with their hit song “APT.”, topping both the Global K-pop Chart and the Streaming Chart for 12 consecutive weeks.
Meanwhile, SEVENTEEN’s subunit BSS achieved a double win with their 2nd single album TELEPARTY, ranking first on both the Retail Album Chart (174,381 physical copies sold) and the Album Chart (500,000 albums sold).
G-Dragon secured the top spot on the Digital Chart with his song “HOME SWEET HOME (feat. Taeyang, Daesung)” with a Circle Index score of 17,403,980.
SHINee’s Onew secured double crowns with Winner, topping both the Download Chart and the BGM Chart.
Hwang Garam claimed a quadruple crown with “I’m Firefly,” ranking first on the V-Coloring Chart, Belltone Chart, Call Connect Tone Chart, and Karaoke Chart.
Jung Jae Il, known for his work on the Squid Game soundtrack, topped the Social Chart 2.0, providing a direct look into K-pop’s global popularity. Keywords for his charm on MyCelebs included “captivating the world,” “lighting up hearts,” and “having a broad spectrum.” The biggest rise in rankings on the 2nd week Social Chart was shown by Taeyeon.
New songs that entered the top 200 of the Global K-pop Chart include BOYNEXTDOOR’s “IF I SAY, I LOVE YOU” (19th), SEVENTEEN’s BSS “CBZ (Prime Time)” (36th), GFRIEND’s “Season of Memories” (62nd), and RIIZE’s “Hug” (102nd).
