The highly anticipated film Dark Nuns, featuring the compelling pairing of Song Hye Kyo and Jeon Yeo Been, has announced its release on January 24th, 2025, with its striking international poster now revealed.

Dark Nuns tells the story of a group of people who undertake a forbidden ritual to save a young boy possessed by a powerful demon. Song Hye Kyo, who received critical acclaim for her intense performance in the global hit The Glory, takes on the role of Sister Yunia, a determined and fearless nun who will stop at nothing to prepare the ritual and save the boy. Meanwhile, Jeon Yeo Been, known for her role in Vincenzo, plays Sister Michaela, a curious yet skeptical nun who decides to join Yunia and become a “Dark Nun.”

Joining the cast is Lee Jin Wook as Father Baolo, a psychiatrist priest who doesn’t believe in demons, and Moon Woo Jin as Hee Jun, the young boy tormented by a malevolent spirit.

The film has already generated buzz, receiving enthusiastic attention from global buyers at the 2024 Asian Contents & Film Market. The newly released international poster heightens anticipation, showing Sisters Yunia and Michaela walking away from the camera, wheeling the boy as a foreboding atmosphere looms over them, capturing the sense of tension and mystery.
