According to the evidence, Yoo Ah Inand his acquaintance Choi used their social influence to cover up their crimes. The severity of their crimes is extremely high.”
Furthermore, the prosecution added, “The defendant attempted to silence those involved, helped acquaintances escape abroad, and blatantly defied the Korean judicial system.” They requested the court to sentence him to four years in prison and a fine of 2 million won, and Choi to four years in prison.
