On the evening of the 28th, tvN’s talk show You Quiz on the Block welcomed stars from Dune: Part Two, Zendaya and Timothée Chalamet, as guests.
During the show, host Yoo Jae Suk inquired if the duo often meets outside of work. Timothée playfully responded, “No. Only got things like this (work).” Pointing at Zendaya, he added, “And she’s being nice right now. If the camera weren’t rolling… She roasts me. Keeps me humble,” proving they are besties.
When asked by Jo Se Ho how it feels to see himself in the mirror, Timothée quipped, “I look for a pimple and squirt it out.” Zendaya chimed in with, “It’s the same face I’ve been seeing for 27 years. The novelty wears off.”
Addressing a question about the lifestyle of Hollywood and global stars, both Timothée and Zendaya agreed, “We’re pretty boring.” Zendaya elaborated, “We don’t leave the house,” revealing that both are homebodies at heart.
When asked what they do at home, Zendaya said, “I hang out with my dog. That’s pretty much all I do. I try to read scripts, figure out what I’m gonna do next,” while Timothée shared a glimpse into Zendaya’s home life, “I walk in and I see Z doing summersaults.” As for Timothée’s daily routine, he shared, “I play video games; I look at the grass. And memorizing lines, showers, grocery shopping. I make omelets.”
Jo Se Ho wondered if they could meet up if he visited the US. Both Zendaya and Timothée warmly responded, “Of course. Hit us up,” jokingly cautioning, “We’ll have the night in; we don’t do anything. You will be bored hanging out with us. You’d say, ‘I gotta get back to Korea. These people are boring.'”
