Jeong Ga Eun‘s past comments have resurfaced online regarding her experience with a suspicious organization that offered modeling lessons. Netizens are speculating that the organization in question is Jesus Morning Star (JMS), which was featured in the Netflix documentary, In the Name of God: A Holy Betrayal.

In 2010, Jeong Ga Eun appeared on SBS’s Strong Heart and shared her story with the title “Sacred Walking for Him.” Jeong said, “During my college years, I found an art troupe that provided walking lessons for models. So I went there.”

However, the academy she attended seemed to be a little different from others. “Before class, there was always a time for prayer. After two or three months, my classmates began to urge me to meet a ‘teacher’. However, when I finally met him, he turned out to be a person sitting in an outdoor bath wearing only a swimsuit, surrounded by female students vying for his attention,” she revealed.

“Later, I found out it was a cult sect. I went to see the ‘teacher’ after hearing that he could heal my sore spot with just one touch. But luckily, I did not get to meet the ‘teacher’ as he was not there,” she recalled with a sigh of relief.

Amidst the ongoing public discourse on the sexual abuse of young female followers by Jung Myung Seok, exposed through the Netflix documentary In the Name of God: A Holy Betrayal, Jeong Ga Eun’s confession has sent shockwaves through the public.
