The webtoon-based BL series A Shoulder to Cry On confirmed its release on the 15th.
A Shoulder to Cry On tells a heart-fluttering love story of two boys, a loner on an archery scholarship and a social butterfly with a secret. Jaehan and Yechan, famous for their Eldest-Youngest chemistry within OMEGA X, star in the series as two leads, heightening expectations.
This new BL series will be released through various platforms (WATCHA, Wavve, TVING) in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Brunei, Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia, Japan, Thailand, USA, Europe, Middle East, Oceania and India.
The eight still photos released along with the release date give a glimpse into the heart-fluttering boys’ love story. Da Yeol (Jaehan) seems a bit clumsy, but when it comes to archery, he’s more charismatic than anyone else. And unlike Da Yeol, who voluntarily stays as an outsider, Tea Hyun (Yechan) loves to play pranks on his friends and is a famous social butterfly. But at the same time, he gives off a mysterious vibe.
Da Yeol and Jae Hyun start off on the wrong foot when Hae Hyun refuses to return the spin wing that Da Yeol keeps as his lucky charm. But the two of them grow closer, cleaning up after the PE class together and looking endearingly at each other on a staircase.
