BTS member Jungkook has unexpectedly deleted his personal Instagram account.
On February 28th, he posted a message on BTS’s official fan communication platform Weverse, stating, “I deleted Instagram. It wasn’t hacked. I just didn’t want to use it anymore. Don’t worry.”
He added, “I also deleted the app, and I don’t think I’ll be using it again. Just wanted to let you know.”
Currently, when trying to access Jungkook’s Instagram, a message appears saying, “Sorry, this page isn’t available. The link you followed may be broken, or the page may have been removed.”
All members of BTS, including Jungkook, opened their personal Instagram accounts in December 2021. Within four hours of opening, Jungkook had surpassed 10 million followers, and until shortly before the account was closed, he had over 50 million followers.
