Netflix released the new poster and trailer for its new original movie Kill Boksoon.
Kill Boksoon follows Gil Bok Soon (Jeon Do Yeon), a legendary killer in the business, as she gets caught up in an unavoidable confrontation right before renewing her contract with the company.
The second poster released on Thursday shows Gil Bok Soon carrying a grocery bag in one hand and a bloody ax she just used to complete her “work” in another hand. The phrase, “Hide it until you die. If you can’t, kill them,” briefly explains the life of a woman who’s leading a double life as a killer and a single mother.
The trailer released along with the poster begins with Gil Jae Young, Kil Bok Soon’s teenage daughter, and Cha Min Kyu (Seol Kyung Gu), the CEO of MK Ent, the best company in the contract-killing business. Jae Young asks what her mom is like at work, and Min Kyu replies, “She’s great at what she does,” but blood is spattered on his face, raising tension. Soon, we see Gil Bok Soon in action using all kinds of weapons, from an ax and long sword to a glass cup, rope, and gun.
You also get a glimpse of other members of MK Ent – Han Hee Sung (Koo Kyo Hwan), an A-rated killer who’s not getting recognized for some reason, and Cha Min Hee (Esom), Cha Min Kyu’s sister and MK Ent’s director.
Meanwhile, Kill Boksoon will be released on March 31st.
