Park Hyung Sik impressed viewers with his emotional acting in tvN’s Our Blooming Youth.

The second episode of the series shows Lee Hwan (played by Park Hyung Sik) striving to prove that he can use his right hand, unlike what the rumors say about him and that he’s the perfect candidate for the crown prince.

One day, he comes across a woman named Min Jae Yi (Jeon So Nee).

Min Jae Yi reveals her identity to Lee Hwan and brings up the book about ghosts. Lee Hwan is surprised as the information had not been discussed with anyone, except for his teacher, who happens to be Min Jae Yi’s father. Jae Yi persistently asks him to discover the truth behind her family’s death, and Lee Hwan breaks into tears, saying, “I didn’t kill my brother. I’ve never wanted to become the crown prince.”

This is when Lee Hwan’s emotion reaches its peak. Park Hyung Sik did a brilliant job of building his emotions to let them out at the right moment. The actor is receiving rave reviews and is currently being dubbed as the “actor who made his grand comeback” through his crown prince role in this period drama.
