Netflix confirmed that three people received medical treatment during the filming of a Squid Game reality show.

BBC reported on January 25th that three contestants on reality show Squid Game: The Challenge were injured, but Netflix soon refuted the claims of serious injury.

Netflix stated, “Three players were treated for mild ailments. We deeply care about the health of our cast and crew and are always taking the appropriate safety measures.” However, players said otherwise as they were stretchered off the premises during Britain’s ongoing cold snap.

A source said, “Thought I was gonna get frostbite. You could hear someone yell ‘medic’ and the crew would rush on. We ended up standing there for 30 minutes between takes.”

Others remarked, “It was like a war zone. Although medics were there, nobody reached out for help. Some people couldn’t even move their feet because it was so cold. ”

Squid Game: The Challenge features 456 contestants vying for a $4.56 million prize.
