In an interview after the photoshoot, the actress dished on Netflix’s The Glory, the most-talked-about series in the last few months. Was Cha Joo Young full of excitement before the show got released? “I had to show various sides of myself, and it was the first style and acting I’ve ever tried, so I was worried more than I was excited,” she answered,
The actress also talked about what it was like at the filming site. “The director gave me feedback after every scene so that I had no choice but to prepare for the next scenes,” she recalled. “At every moment I had to do my best among the veteran actors who gave their overwhelming performances, the director provided me with an environment where I wouldn’t be intimidated or swamped.”
Cha Joo Young then went on, “I came to enjoy this job as an actress. My attitude toward my work completely changed. Now I have confidence that if everyone does their part, the results will be good.” She added, “If you got to know me through The Glory, I hope you’ll watch what I do from now on because I plan to work without a break.”
Meanwhile, Part 2 of The Glory will be released on March 10th.
