Cha Eun Woo showed off his potential in his latest series Island.
The actor revealed that he prepared for the role of the young priest named Johan by visiting an actual church in person. He also wowed viewers with his diverse action scenes in the show.
Previously, the star drew huge attention as soon as the drama’s teasers got released. His gorgeous priest look and natural Italian accent raised expectations on his acting in the series.
He captivated viewers with his delicate acting as he exorcised demons and protected Won Mi Ho (played by Lee Da Hee) from danger for he knew that she is the savior of the world according to an ancient prophecy of Jeju.
He also received rave reviews for perfecting the narrative of Johan by playing the devastated boy who learns his missing older brother has been a demon all long, as well as raising the immersion to the top level.
All eye are on how the actor will surprise viewers in the upcoming second part of the series. The second half of Island will drop on February 24th.
