The actors of The Glory won’t be doing any interviews for their upcoming Netflix series The Glory. Some speculated that Song Hye Kyo decided to opt out of interviews to avoid questions about Song Joong Ki, but that wasn’t the case.
Netflix’s new series The Glory will be released on the 30th. However, the lead actors decided not to conduct interviews, and the reason is that the show will be released in two parts. Netflix explained, “We’re discussing the possibility of conducting interviews, if necessary after the full story has been released.”
Some speculated that Song Hye Kyo chose to sit out of interviews in fear of being asked about her personal life, including the recent dating news of her ex-husband Song Joong Ki. However, her decision of not doing the interviews was decided long before the dating news hit the wire.
It was the cast and crew’s opinion that the interviews could include spoilers due to the nature of the revenge drama. Moreover, The Glory isn’t the only Netflix show that decided to omit the interviews from its promotion.
Meanwhile, The Glory tells the tale of a woman who puts an elaborate revenge scheme in motion to make the perpetrators pay for their crimes years after surviving horrific abuse in high school.
