Yeo Jin Goo and Cho Yi Hyun posed for a photoshoot with Cosmopolitan Korea.
The newly released photos capture the sweet chemistry between the two stars from upcoming movie Ditto, a story of love and friendship between a college senior living in 1999 and a college sophomore living in 2022.
After the photoshoot, the stars shared what made them join the cast of the upcoming movie. Yeo Jin Goo stated, “I thought it was a great rare opportunity to leave a film of myself in my 20s.” Cho Yi Hyun added, “I loved the warm and enriched feel the script gave off, and that’s why I said I’d love to partake in it without hesitation.”
They also briefly talked about their roles in the movie. Yeo Jin Goo started off by saying, “I think Yong and I share much in common. He and I have similar personalities and a similar group of friends.” Cho Yi Hyun continued, “Mu Nee is the person who can express her thoughts and feelings. I could personally connect with the role as we are living in the same time.”
Meanwhile, the celebrities also opened up about what they’ve learned about love through this film. Yeo Jin Goo remarked, “While watching the way Yong loves others, something in my heart was squirming. It’s the same for me, but these days, I think people put more weight on reality than love.”
Choi Yi Hyun stated, “While I long to someday love like in the movies, I think I currently put work and friends ahead of love.”
