tvN’s Alchemy of Souls ended with a bang, taking first place after nine weeks. The final episode confirmed the replacement of the female lead, stirring up a debate among the viewers. The fans who supported Jung So Min and Lee Jae Wook showed dissatisfaction. MBC’s Big Mouth kept its place in second place. While the true intention of Choi Do Ha (Kim Ju Hun) was revealed, the discussion over who the Big Mouse could be is still ongoing. Good Job, a follow-up of Extraordinary Attorney Woo, debuted at No. 5. The show is getting mixed reviews – some say the story is too cliche while some say it’s a good series to kill time. KBS’s Café Minamdang ended at seventh place, and SBS’s Today’s Webtoon dropped to ninth place. Many are saying that there’s a big gap between the webtoon industry depicted in the show and reality.
