BLACKPINK’s Jisoo, who’s making their comeback with BORN PINK, decorated the cover of Marie Claire Korea with Christian Dior Beauty.
In an interview that followed the photoshoot, Jisoo showed excitement over the photos where she got to show various sides of herself, saying, “I hope this pictorial will be a gift for the fans.”
Of course, BLACKPINK’s highly-anticipated comeback couldn’t be left out. Explaining that she and the members put extra effort into the album since it’s their comeback after a year and ten months, she added, “I hope everyone can enjoy BLACKPINK’s comeback with the second full album BORN PINK.”
When asked about how she makes good use of the pressure and tension she feels before releasing a new album, the idol answered, “If you believe in yourself, you don’t easily get swayed by your emotions. And if you do your best in every moment, you won’t have any regrets later.”
Lastly, she commented, “Above all else, I want to show a new side of myself as an artist this year. I hope that I can convey the energy of happiness through music.” Finishing the interview, Jisoo showed her love for her fans, saying, “I missed you guys so much, and I look forward to the day we could finally meet again.”
