Hunt‘s photocall took place at the 75th Cannes Film Festival on May 19th at 12:20 PM (local time). The film was invited to premiere in the midnight section at the event, and Lee Jung Jae and Jung Woo Sung were greeted by avid fans asking for their autographs.

Lee Jung Jae’s first directorial debut film Hunt is a spy thriller that tells the story of two elite intelligence agents (played by Park Pyeong Ho and Kim Jung Do) who increasingly grow aware of their own country’s unbearable truths as they become more distrustful of each other while trying to smoke out a North Korean mole.

The film made headlines for making the two stars’ long-awaited reunion happen after 23 years since City of the Rising Sun. The two graced the event with their presence by greeting fans during the photocall.
