Shin Hyun Bin is reportedly joining Jung Woo Sung‘s upcoming drama Tell Me You Love Me (literal title) as the female lead.
According to Hankook Ilbo, Shin Hyun Bin was cast as Jung Woo Sung’s co-star in Tell Me You Love Me. Shin Hyun Bin’s recent credits include Hospital Playlist and Reflection of You. Tell Me You Love Me is based on the 1995 Japanese series Aishiteiru to Itte Kure (愛していると言ってくれ). The report reads that Jung Woo Sung plays a deaf 30-year-old painter, while Shin Hyun Bin plays an aspiring actress who falls in love with him.
In response, Yooborn Company said, “She was offered the role, but it’s one of the projects she’s reviewing.” Tell Me You Love Me made headlines from early on as Jung Woo Sung’s comeback project to the small screen after ten years. Shin Hyun Bin had worked with Jung Woo Sung in the movie Beasts Clawing at Straws.
Meanwhile, Jung Woo Sung is gearing up for the release of his two new movies, Hunt and A Man of Reason. Shin Hyun Bin starred in the TVING original series Monstrous, released last month.
