BIGBANG proved their global popularity by dominating major domestic music charts with their single, “Still Life,” which they released after four years of hiatus.
According to the Gaon chart produced by the Korea Music Content Association on May 12th, BIGBANG’s new single became the most popular digital track in April. “Still Life,” which was released on April 5th, briefly ranked No.2 in the 17th week after topping the Gaon Digital Weekly Chart in the 15th and 16th weeks of 2022. The track soon rose to No.1 in the 18th week of 2022, becoming the most popular track for the month.
BIGBANG’s new single has been dominating Melon’s Top 100 24 Hits chart for 35 days so far. It has won rave reviews from overseas critics and quickly entered iTunes World Wide Chart and the Billboard’s Global 200 and Global Chart.
