TV CHOSUN’s weekend drama Love (ft. Marriage and Divorce) has announced the premiere date of its third season. The show has previously garnered attention as the comeback project of screenwriter Im Sung Han.
According to YTN STAR, the third season for Love (ft. Marriage and Divorce) will premiere on February 26th. It will take over the time slot of Uncle, which will end on January 30th.
The drama series follows three successful women, each in their 30s, 40s, and 50s, as they encounter unforeseen problems in their private life. Their households come under threat of collapse due to infidelity while struggling �to find true love.
The first season, which aired in January last year, received rave reviews and achieved its highest viewership rating yet, recording an average nationwide viewership of 9.7 percent. The second season also ended with a bang on January 8th, with the final episode scoring 16.6 percent in viewership. This was the highest rating that TV CHOSUN’s drama has achieved in its broadcasting history.
Previously, the show announced its next season by saying, “Stay tuned for the third season! It will be beyond your imagination.” However, its original cast members, Lee Tae Gon, Sung Hoon, and Kim Bo Yeon, have decided not to take part in its upcoming season. Since both the original cast and showrunner have been replaced, fans are wondering how the new season will turn out.
