[Weekly TV Top 10] Junho & Lee Se Young’s ‘The Red Sleeve’ Achieves All-Kill in Popularity Rankings

Drama Ranking for the 4th Week of November

MBC’s The Red Sleeve maintains its top spot for three consecutive weeks. The drama, in general, is receiving favorable reviews, and especially, the actors’ passionate performances are getting rave reviews. KBS’s The King’s Affection saw a slight dip in popularity but still managed to rank second again. Park Eun Bin’s delicate performance and her chemistry with Rowoon are hot topics. tvN’s Happiness saw a rise for two weeks straight, rising to third place. The directing and story of each episode are gaining explosive responses, and many showed expectations for coming episodes. SBS’s Now, We Are Breaking Up came in fourth, seeing a constant decline since the premiere. Though many expressed disappointments over the old-fashioned and improbable story, praises over Jang Ki Yong and Song Hye Kyo’s looks continued to pour out. KBS’s Young Lady and Gentleman came in fifth, although many showed frustration about the dragging story unfolding after Ji Hyun Woo’s amnesia. tvN’s Jirisan ranked sixth for the third week.

Non-Drama Ranking for the 3rd Week of November

Mnet’s Show Me The Money 10 took the top spot for four consecutive weeks. The final four (BE’O, SINCE, Jo Gwangil, Koonta) to advance to the final round were announced, setting an all-time popularity record. Meanwhile, attention focused on the broadcasting accident right after Basick’s performance. JTBC’s Knowing Bros ranked second for the second week. The debate over MONIKA’s “proppin” remark started a debate between dancers over the “correct term” to use, drawing keen attention. Third place went to MBC’s My Teenage Girl, which had its premiere on November 28th. Jeon So Yeon’s stinging comment over a disappointing stage made headlines.
